Who we are

SKADD Talent ("we") is the responsible party for the personal information you give us on this website. Contact our Information Officer at the email address in the footer.

What we collect

• Job seekers: your name, contact details, location, education, work experience, skills, CV and the jobs you apply for. Gender, race and date of birth are optional. We only collect them with your consent, because employers use them for Employment Equity and incentive schemes such as the Employment Tax Incentive.
• Employers: your name, company, contact details and the details of the roles you want to fill.
• Website use: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

• To match you with suitable jobs and to contact you about them.
• To send your CV to an employer, only for a specific role and only after we have discussed it with you.
• To meet our legal obligations as a private employment agency.

How we protect it

CVs are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. Access is limited to our recruitment team, and every download is logged.

How long we keep it

We keep your profile while you are looking for work and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

Fees

We never charge job seekers any fee.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make forms work and, only if you accept, analytics cookies to understand how people use the site. We don't use advertising cookies.
