SKADD Talent is a recruitment agency that exists so that training turns into work. We place graduates of SKADD Academy and other job-ready candidates with employers who need them.
Who we are
SKADD Talent is a recruitment agency and part of the SKADD group, alongside SKADD Academy, which trains young South Africans in practical skills for real jobs, and SKADD Gaming, an international online casino and sportsbook operator.
That gives us something most agencies don't have: we know the work. Our candidates are trained by people who run live operations, so employers get people who can contribute from day one.
Why it matters
South Africa has one of the highest youth unemployment rates in the world. Training alone isn't enough. It has to lead to a job. We focus on previously disadvantaged young people and on getting more women into skilled work, and we never charge job seekers a fee.
How we work
- Free for job seekers. Always. Employers pay our fees.
- Fees on success. Employers pay only when a candidate starts.
- A replacement guarantee. If a placement doesn't work out in the first three months, we find a replacement.
- Privacy first. We handle personal information carefully under POPIA and only share a CV with an employer for a specific role.
